We went all weekend without heat. It went out on Friday evening. Called Knight and Day on Monday morning and they were out within hours. Jason one of the techs was super friendly and quick to diagnose the problem. Pricing was reasonable and Jason did a great job of explaining the problem. We will be using this company for our annual maintenance.

Spoke with Jessica to set up winter maintenance on our system. She was was very friendly and helpful. Technicians, Aaron and Bryan were friendly, honest and professional. Did a thorough inspection with pictures as well. Even fixed a disconnected condensation pvc pipe. Great price for maintenance!

Great service! First time having HVAC checked/winter maintenance in recently purchased home. Vegas Knight & Day came highly recommended by neighbors and did not disappoint. Jessica in the office was helpful, efficient, and kind when scheduling. We appreciated Jessica’s quick response to our thermostat not working, since we were without A/C. Aaron installed our new thermostat which I know will save us money. It is so easy now to go onto our phones to increase/decrease the temperature, we love it!

I know this feature of easily being able to adjust the temperature will save us money, I already see it on the light bill!

Thank you Aaron Hart for being fair and honest! Next Door and Yelp were right about this company. They are dependable and do not try to price gouge the customer. They answer their phones, they give you a window of time they will arrive, and text you when they are on their way. Aaron assessed everything and gave me my options and how much each would cost. Aaron also shared what I need to do in the future to care for HVAC. He was done assessing and fixing in under an hour! Appreciate you guys so much! I have heat and a/c again downstairs too!

I can’t recommend this company enough. The service was top notch from start to finish. Jessica was super helpful on the phone and got us an appointment quickly. Our tech, Aaron, was super friendly and professional. He quickly found the problem after another company told us our only option was to replace our entire HVAC unit. He fixed it for us same day and it’s working perfectly. We’ll be calling Vegas Knight and Day from now on!
